LEGAL
You must be of legal age in your country of purchase (18 years or older in New Zealand) to buy alcoholic goods from this online store. ID check with signature will be requested by the courier driver apon delivery. If you do not meet these requirements, it is illegal for you to place and receive an order with us.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If for any reason you change your order, please email us as soon as you receive your confirmation email on our Contact us page. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed for the courier we are unable to make any changes.
DELIVERY
Shipping is $10 for urban delivery, and $14.50 for rural delivery, in New Zealand. Delivery in New Zealand is by New Zealand Couriers and if your order is received before midday/12 noon Mon-Fri it will be dispatched same day. If ordered after midday/12 noon Mon-Fri or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next business day. Our courier partner will typically deliver within 1-3 days, however we have no control over specific delivery times once it has left our premises. If you would like to ship something to Australia please email us so we can arrange special delivery requirements are met. All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged. Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a person under the legal drinking age, ID check with signature will be requested by the courier driver apon delivery (please have your ID ready). At present we only ship to New Zealand. We cannot deliver to The Chatham Islands.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your order arrives in poor condition or damaged in any way please contact us immediately and we will put it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We love our products, but note that the taste of spirits and liqueurs is subjective and as such we can not offer returns for any products that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or aroma.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. The Shopify payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
PRODUCTS / MERCHANDISE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor will change be given should item/s purchased be lesser than the Gift Voucher value. PRIVACY When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. We respect your privacy, your personal information will not be disclosed or sold to any other party.
PRICE
Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. The price is based on pricing at time of publishing and Forthluck Ltd. reserves the right to modify these prices in any way considered necessary or desirable. Forthluck Ltd. reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Forthluck Ltd., their agents, contractors and guides do not accept responsibility or liability for loss, damage to or theft of any personal belongings of any customer (owners’ risk) or for any expenses, including medical and transport expenses arising from personal accident, illness or hospitalization. Forthluck Ltd. and their representatives reserve the right to make any alterations to their terms and conditions in the interests of safety, comfort or any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, pandemic or any other reason defined by Forthluck Ltd. Every reasonable endeavour will be made to keep to published/ notified schedules, but no guarantee is implied or given. Forthluck Ltd. will not be held liable for any change, delay or the missing of delivery services. These terms and conditions apply to each customer who purchases any of Forthluck Ltd. products.
